Brokering centres and taxi traffic

In 2022, the Finap service was updated for taxi traffic, especially how price data are entered. The previous free-form entry model has been abandoned, and in the future, the service will direct operators to provide “basic price data” in numerical form. If a taxi operator engages in business through one or more brokering services without a separate price list, the brokering service/brokering centre will be responsible for providing the price data. 

Brokering centres/brokering service operators must publish their prices in the FINAP service along with all other essential information. To the extent that the brokering service operator provides the data via a machine-readable interface (e.g., prices and availability data), it is not necessary to manually save these data in the FINAP service. In this case, publishing the addresses and terms of use of the machine-readable interfaces is sufficient.

Information on taxis and taxi dispatch centres must be available through the service either in a manually entered format or via published interfaces.
