Fintraffic VTS has launched a market survey related to the acquisition of an automatic port call information service. The service provides information on ships in the Baltic Sea that arrive and depart for commercial ports in Finland. The service must be able to provide automatic time of arrival estimation (ETA, ETB) and functions for generating time stamps for actual port calls (ATA, ATD).
